I went today to the butcher and got some mergez sausage. I dont know how to spell it, but its a spicy african sausage.
I started by
- frying up 2 sausages in a pan
- adding a eggplant, sliced up
- adding a red pepper, diced up
I than added some of the mixture with a bit of
- creme fraiche
- mozzarrella cheese
