Fried pasta is by no means a healthy food. However, it is DELICIOUS.
Start off with some extra pasta from the night before. Let it site in the fridge over night so the tastes infuse into all the noodles and such.
The next morning get a pan and add a bit of olive oil. Turn to med-high temp so that the oil gets nice and hot and ready to fry.
Now add the pasta and fry it up nicely and sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top.
Let it fry up for 5 minutes, so that there are some nice crispy noodles at the end.
Now enjoy with some wine.
