This is an easy simple Caesar recipe where the amounts vary from person to person. I have also added some chicken which was left from the previous night and fried it up with a touch of olive oil.
Caesar Dressing:
- Olive oil (for base)
- Lemon juice (as acid)
- egg yolk (to hold together/texture)
- Garlic (flavour)
- Worcestershire sauce (flavour)
- dijon mustard (flavour/acid)
- anchovies (flavour)
- cayenne pepper (spice)
- Parmesan Cheese till it is nice and thick
Place chicken on top, on side or where ever.
