Post Thunderheist Potatoes

These potatoes are basically what i always do.

Dice them up: Add spices such as

• olive oil
  
• chipotle powder
• garlic
• salt
• lemon pepper

Once cooked, (420 F for 40ish min) grate some cheddar cheese on top
