breakfast for the hung over



So for breakfast this weekend, well i was kind of hung over and well i needed somethign kind of fatty, plus tasty with some veggies. So this is what i made.

It consisted of three different things. Eggs, Zucchini and the chicken patties i did the other day.

Okay, zucchini first, cause that takes a little bit of prep.
  • cut strips of zucchini
  • coat in flour and a touch of salt
  • heat oil till pretty hot
  • fry zucchini
  • add some salt
  • add side of lemon
The eggs were scrambled and well they had
  • chives
  • garlic
  • curry powder
  • sliced chili pepper
  • salt/pepper
This cured it...well that and a big cup of coffee and got right into, well im sure it was a productive day.
