so this cake, well though it tasted great might be the most impossible cake to recreate. I realized quite quickly that making a cake with danish ingredients, or well ingredients with danish names is VERY difficult. I tried to use a simple coffee cake recipe, but most of them had sour cream additions or something. I also had no baking soda, or at least im pretty sure i only had baking powder. SO alas im not going to post the recipe, because it just was not worth it.
