Egg and noodles...not asian egg noodles



I'm so sure i have seen this before in a cookbook, or a restaurant. But cant remember the name. This was made after biking around copenhagen, which is where i am now situated. Biking down streets like this.



Okay but alas the recipe.

  • Put hot water on to boil pasta (make sure water is SALTY)
  • Cook Pasta
  • Add egg when pasta has around 4 minutes to go.
In a sauce pan add:
  • Olive Oil
  • crushed and chopped garlic
  • pepper
  • maple syrup/honey (i used this weird danish sweet stuff but dont know what it is)
  • put on med heat when you add egg
drain pasta and add to sauce pan

Cook, while peeling egg.

Plate than cut egg over pasta and let sit on top.

I can undercook my eggs, cause im in denmark but if your worried than cook it for longer.
