hey guys.

so wow. what a weekend

lunch with simon Schama, dinner with Charles Perry. Arguments with Barbara Kafka and a belly full of some of the most delectable food i have EVER eaten. So what do i eat once i return from such an experience?

PASTA: with some stuff that i left in the fridge for the weekend.

FIRST: zuchini
  • Slice into 1/2 inch disks
  • season with cajun spice, olive oil, salt/pepper
  • put in pan on med heat, with lid
  • flip and cook till cooked through

Second: green beans. once zuchini is cooked take pieces out band add

PUT WATER ON for pasta NOW

  • green beans to pan
  • a bit of water to slightly steam/boil beans
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • cajun spice
  • sugar syrup
these are just like my other cooked beans. add zuchini once water is evaporated to keep it warm

  • now cook pasta till al dente
  • strain water
  • add olive oil
  • add green beans and zuchini
enjoy!
