Tuna melts galore



After a long day of coffee and classes i was famished and decided to use up some of the tuna in my kitchen. I still had the goats cheese and the cheap bread. so i decided to make a tuna melt.
  • put the bread into oven to crisp up a bit
in a bowl, put the tuna and add
  • cajun seasoning
  • olive oil
  • a touch of garlic
  • touch of honey
Take out bread and devide tuna evenly between the two.

Now slice a bit of zuchini, (if you want to make it green)
  • make sure its thinner than mine. (mine wasnt cooked enough.)
put that on top of tuna. cook for 5 min

slice a bit of a cheese, and place ontop of zuchini and put back in oven

Take out once the cheese is melted and enjoy.
