Pasta...yet again



i know SO many bloody pasta recipes. Dont worry i will eat other things, but its just so cheap and good here. This was thanks to my room mate, simoni who actually made the pasta.

Therefore, for those out there that have pasta and want to make a delicious treat of a meal. This is what we do.

Grab some chicken breasts. Use bonesless, which is just easier. but skin, well thats your choice.

In a bowl add
  • cajun spice
  • cayenne pepper
  • olive oil
  • garlic. finely chopped
  • sugar syrup
  • salt/pepper
  • Chicken breast.
Put the breasts into a med- hot sauce pan once they have had some time to soak and get more tasty.

throw chicken breasts into pan, let it sear, than add sauce. and put lid ontop. give a couple min, than flip and cook other side. Hopefully you will get nice color and Not over-or under-cook the meat. Once cooked, slice.

The green beans i made by the usual manner i make green beans.

finally. add them all the stuff you have made in the saucepan the chicken was in and add some olive oil. cook for a minute on med-high and your good to go.

try some parm on top.
