artichokes....


after looking for a recipe i could not find online but i used what i could remember.

I cut the artichokes, taking off the outer layer of the leaves and sliced them in quarters and took out all the prikly little needles in the middle. so all was left was some of the leaves and the hearts.

I than sliced up some lemons, put those in the hollowed out hearts and added a sauce made of
  • finely diced garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt/pepper
  • touch of lemon juice
i coated what was left of the artichoke/lemon and put them into the oven at 350 for 15ish min.

They were super tasty, but i will try them again soon with a few alterations.
