these beautiful artichokes that kind of look like crowns were made the other day in my own little kitchen. I have tried them before and tried the recipe again. They were tasty but a little touch, so next time i gotta cook em for longer but basically I
- cut the chokes, taking off the outer layer of the leaves
- sliced them in quarters
- took out all the prikly little needles in the middle so all was left was some of the leaves and the hearts.
- finely diced garlic
- olive oil
- salt/pepper
- touch of lemon juice
They were super tasty, but i will try them again soon with a few alterations.
