Peaches...

After hitting up the grocery store for some peaches i quickly realized that well i needed to eat them before sam got here. Why, well thats another question all together, for another time. It doesnt matter now, but what does matter, was the delicious peach things i made with these glorious fruits.

After slicing them up i quickly put them into a pot of water with some sugar and set it to boil for 45 min. I than drained the peach juice, and took the peaches out.

I decided that the peaches hadnt lost all there taste, but needed a little bit of supplements so i put some

• butter
• sugar
• vanilla

into a sauce pan and once they were all bubbling together i added the peach slices. i cooked these up, hoping they would glaze. i was sadly mistaken, cause they were too juicy, and the water just cut through any caramelization that could have occurred.

however the peach juice and the 'caramel-ed' peach slices were so tasty that i think in the near future im going to experiment with them again.
