beaver tails


so this was the final thing i made with my batch of dough. Beaver tails which i prefer with cinnamon and sugar but, to each there own.

So if you already have the dough than your set, if you dont. Than check this out.

Okay, now tat you have your dough. Seperate it into small balls. the small the more you will get, the bigger the bigger the beaver tails, so its all personal preference. Once devided, tha spread em out like they were small pizzas.

In a saucepan, put some oil on med-high. Add a small piece of dough to know when it is hot enough. MAKE SURE NOT TO BURN OIL. than fry up pieces of dough till slightly brown on both sides.

When you take them out, put them directly into a shallow bowl that contains a mixture of
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
press it down and flip it, so its all coated with the tasty goodness. follow same instructions with the rest.

  2. i made them again last night. So so tasty and easy. they were a big hit, though cinnamon caramel popcorn was up there too.
