Caesar Salad...classic


Shown here with some meat, this is by far the most classic best salad on the market. I could eat caesar salad every day of the week if possible. So here is the recipe of what goes into a great caesar. Though your own personal touch must be in play, deciding what your palette likes more. So once again play around.
  • egg yolk
  • lemon juice
  • worchesteshire sauce
  • parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • anchovie paste (or not...)
  • touch of maple syrup (why not...it tastes so great)
beat these all together, adding a little more of this or that. and drizzle and mix with some Romaine lettuce.

In the picture i have some ground up chicken on top. Always a great option.
