Shown here with some meat, this is by far the most classic best salad on the market. I could eat caesar salad every day of the week if possible. So here is the recipe of what goes into a great caesar. Though your own personal touch must be in play, deciding what your palette likes more. So once again play around.
- egg yolk
- lemon juice
- worchesteshire sauce
- parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- anchovie paste (or not...)
- touch of maple syrup (why not...it tastes so great)
In the picture i have some ground up chicken on top. Always a great option.
