Fried Chicken. Part 2

So I made a mistake with the chicken. I guess the insides were not fully defrosted so once i ate all the delicious skin

• i ripped the rest off the bone
• covered with some bread crumbs
• put back into oil for frying

I than put that with my bread i had made before and made a fried chicken sandwich. Tasted great, though not as great as the skin was, and sort of sad that it did not work out at first, but that is cooking.
