Its not summer yet, but still why not talk about some of the greatest greens. Common yes Asparagus makes your pee stink, so not a good saint pattys day food, THOUGH it is the only food that manners dictate should be eated with your hands. I’ve never been a huge guy on table manners, well its not that I eat badly but just the nitpicky stuff, is kind of ridiculous.
These are simple done.
Grab a bunch of asparagus and cut of the bottoms
Lay them flat on a baking pan, drizzle some olive/salt/pepper oil on top
Cook in oven at 350 for 10ish minutes, I hvaent made in a while
When they are done, put on plate. They are good to go right now, BUT if your feeling like adding a bit to it than put some
Goats cheese or feta on top.
