I used a chicken breast. WITH skin and bone.
the sauce was made with
- red chilis
- grated ginger
- water
- soy suace
- white wine vinegar
- sugar
- chopped coriander
You add all these together in a saucepan and than put the chicken breast in the pan. It will boil for a while, and will become sticky at the end, almost like a glaze.
