With some fresh watercrest, lemon and salt. Finally for starch:
I also made some chips with it. These were made with normal potatoes• sliced with a mandeline
• than put in cold water
• dried with towel
• put on a baking sheet with some
- olive oil
- Cajun spice
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
Than put into oven at 415 for 20ish min. Until turned brown.
These were hard to get off the pan. but was still delicious.
