Tasty Edamame



Edamame with a sweet ginger sauce
Steaming the edamame separately I made this sauce in a saucepan
• Honey/sugar/maple syrup (for some sweetness)
• Ginger
• Soy Sauce
• Cayenne pepper
Add the steamed edamame to the saucepan and cook it up. This should give a little glaze over edamame, which coarse sea salt can be sprinkled upon. This really tastes great, gives a sweet part to an originally solely salty recipe.
