Vanilla Saffron Poached Pears


Seriously amazingly great. I made them with some saffron cause i really miss the stuff, but if you leave it out its still amazing and easy to do.

  • Peel pears
  • Put water, vanilla, sugar, saffron in a pot
  • add pears to boiling mix
  • set to simmer for 30ish minutes (depends on how ripe pears were)
One of my favorite desserts that i make.
