With a can of chick peas staring me down and a hungry belly. Ah Ha, finally a chance to make some hummus.
- Can of chickpeas
- Garlic (2-3 decent sized cloves per can)
- lemon juice
- yogurt
- salt/pepper
- paprika
- cayenne powder (if you like some spice)
- parsley (i used cilantro though)
- touch of olive oil
