Humus...take 1



With a can of chick peas staring me down and a hungry belly. Ah Ha, finally a chance to make some hummus.
  • Can of chickpeas
  • Garlic (2-3 decent sized cloves per can)
  • lemon juice
  • yogurt
  • salt/pepper
  • paprika
  • cayenne powder (if you like some spice)
  • parsley (i used cilantro though)
  • touch of olive oil
Mix all that into a blender till its smooth and you get a delicious Humus
