CHicken a la kens!


First Time i got to use kens new kitchen I made this. Used basic ingredients and it was most surely a scrumptious meal. We had this with steamed veggies and rice.

Chicken (thigh or breast)
  • 1 tb of ginger
  • some sauce sauce (around 1/2 c)
  • honey/ but i used sugar...better with honey
  • 1/2 lime, just a little
  • garlic
  • mushrooms
  • some almonds and peanuts
add some Worcestershire sauce would prob have added a little greatness to the dish but man it was still good.
